Before we start working on a product, the first step is cleansing of the raw material or fabric to remove contaminants and also enables us to testing the shrinking capability.
We are equipped with tumble dryers and hot air drums to remove the excess moisture from the fabric.
The phase of garment making is cutting. Our cutting units comprise of hand cutters and pattern cutting machines.
Our stitching unit comprises of modern, single needled machines. These machines allow us to get various stitches like lain, flat lock, over lock, bind and gathering. We are also the home to button hole machines, press button machines, smocking machine, rib cutting machine and net folding machine.
Our team checks for extra threads and stains. We are equipped with modern trimming machines.
It consists of flat horizontal tables, modern steam pressing boxes and vacuum sucking machines.
Our packing unit enables us to give a tight packaging to our product. All our packets have a label, tag or sticker on them.
Our embroidery unit allows us to transform the fabric into a garment with embellishments. We possess latest logo embroidery, barudan machines and cut embroidery machines.
